So last week we ended Thursday night doing a mass cleaning of the house. My mom was coming over Friday night to watch the girls for us since our babysitter cancelled (couldn't blame her for wanting to see her highschool baseball team in the playoffs! So thank you mom for coming to the rescue!). Amazing how much we clean when people are coming over....and a little sad that we live in such filth on a regular basis!

Piper is getting very interested in brushing her teeth. We haven't really pushed it yet (bad parents) but now she wants to do it all the time! (really I think she just wants to suck the water off the brush)
So Friday night we went out with Brock and Jackie, we are trying to do a once a month double date to get us both out of the house and to socialize! We met for a quick mexican dinner and then headed to Prairie Meadows to watch some horse races! It was fun and always alot of laughs where Brock and Steve are concerned!
Saturday we didn't do too much during the day, hung out, played hard, did laundry, and while Piper napped, we all relaxed! HA! Presley ran thru the sprinkler and I read my book!
Then we headed out to Samantha's for her 30th birthday get together! The weather was perfect, there was a good turn out, good food and the kids played hard. Happy Birthday Samantha!

Sunday we had another relaxing day. I took a trip to Target and spent too much money, we played alot around the house and once again when Piper went down for a nap, so did Steve, I read my book and Presley played in the sprinkler!
Then the bottom dropped out of the bucket and filled with drama. She is RIDICULOUS when she doesn't get her way or when she gets in trouble for not listening, I cannot even explain the crazy that happens in this house sometimes!
Back to the grind of another busy week, alot to do and a lot to get done before we head off for vacation in Colorado! WOOHOO!
