The girls were excited to swing within minutes of us getting to the cabin....with their swimsuits on, of course! They have had so much rain up there that our beach was basically under water. They had sandbags lined up around the beach to stop the water from getting up to the road and cabins but we made the most of it!
The Nadas just happen to be playing at The Okoboji Store that night, so we decided to head up there and let the kids play and dance and enjoy the music. They did pretty well without getting too bored and of course, we had a back up plan with snacks to keep them occupied also!
Piper decided she wanted to get her own lemonade, so we gave her money and watched her walk down and order by herself. She did great....until she dropped a quarter and couldn't find it and then she was so sad b/c she didn't do it perfectly! We were amazed she did it at all!

We saw this jeep when we left and Piper thought it was really cool, so Steve quickly put her up in it and we snapped her picture! ha!
