The dentist....I have very little luck when taking the girls to the dentist. When I have taken Presley in the past and the last time I took Piper, it was full of tears (her, not me...just wanted to clarify)! It was holding them down and forcing them to open their mouths which is NOT fun. Steve on the otherhand has had good luck when taking them, so he has a new parental job! Way to go Steve! Both girls had appointments on Tuesday afternoon and both did GREAT! Both have perfect teeth and Presley has two loose teeth on bottom and the front ones appear to not be far behind. So for a girl who hasn't lost ANY teeth yet (she is one of 3 in her class that haven't lost any teeth), she'll probably end up with all 4 front teeth gone at the same time. She is NOT excited about it at all.
Wednesday night Steve went to a visitation in Creston for an old neighbor from when he was growing up and I picked up the girls and headed to our Wednesday night tradition at El Mariachi...now that the weather is perfect we can enjoy the patio. We actually had Sam, Scott and Boston join us also!
Because the weather has been so nice it's almost impossible for us to stay inside, so we headed back to Latitude 41 for dinner and some live music and for the girls to feel the nasty, huge carp. Piper even talked Steve into dancing with her for a song! :)
