Another weekend behind.....

Eventually I am going to get caught up on here and then we will have nothing going on and I will have nothing to say....but until then, I will just be continuously a week behind. ugh!

 

So last Saturday the 24th, we were in Panora. It always seems like the weather is slightly chilly or rainy when we are there but at least the sun was shining this time so we were able to enjoy the outdoors. The kids played at the park next door to their house and played on the beach. We sat and talked and hung out with everyone else, it was a good, relaxing time!

Saturday night we left the kids at home with cousin Ella and her other Grandma while the adults went to The Port for music and drinks. The boat ride back was chilly but it is so peaceful out on the lake after dark!

Sunday we got up and packed up and headed home to start our day....we had cleaning, laundry and such to do before Brittany, our babysitter came at 3! Then we headed to the Big Country Bash, the weather was perfect and we met our neighbors there so it was a good time listening to all the music outdoors!

It was due to be over at 9:30 so we snuck out a little early at 9:10 and headed home. This is probably the earliest our babysitter has ever left our house! HA!
